Mommy and me Yogalates fuses the best of ancient Yogic spiritual practice with the proven rehabilitative power of pilates. Both Pilates and Yoga use co-ordination of movement with the breath to relax, strengthen and lengthen the muscles while calming the nervous system. In Mommy and Me Yogalates we pay particular attention to building strength and endurance of the core postural muscles to gain stability, helping to protect the spine against injury, enhancing posture and creating a fit, streamlined shape while helping to shape the bond between mother and child.. Mommy and Me Yogalates instruction is provided by certified instructor Patty Genthner who has years of teaching experience.


5 week program - Saturdays May 16th - June 13th
